We are a young, dynamic team and are looking for a motivated person who would like to take on responsibility as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Executive Board in Zurich. 🤓

Tasks

• You are responsible for the development of all digital STASH platforms (Shopware Front-/Backend, Rider App, Customer App)
• Manage the whole IT infrastructure with all dependencies (database, API, payment)
• Manage, coach, and mentor the offshore dev team
• Active contribution of ideas and approaches for the development of the business (product and technology)
• Develop technical concepts and challenge cost estimates
• Recommend and implement AWS-based tech stack
• Member of the Executive Board of STASH

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development and architecture - ideally in the field of e-commerce or digital platforms (React Native, PHP)
• You analyze, consult, design and program solutions independently (ideally full stack)
• Experience in leading a dev team
• Shopware knowledge is an advantage
• Background in computer science, computer engineering, data science or a related field
• Good understanding of AWS and tech architecture
• Self-starter, proactive attitude and ability to see opportunities
• Ideally, you already gathered experience in a start-up environment
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
