Tasks
- Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and deliver innovative virtual assistant solutions for our clients
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and designers to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of projects
- Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements
- Lead the agile development process, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development processes and tools
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the tech industry
- A deep understanding of AI technologies, user experience design, and emerging trends in the virtual assistant space
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable plans
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
