ABOUT THE TEAM
Trade Republic is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Creative Studio, our in-house agency composed of creatives and artists who collaborate with marketing leads, channel managers, and product managers to deliver creative work that builds awareness for our Brand and Products. You’ll be working across the organisation to bring this team’s work to life helping to plan, deliver, and execute impactful and meaningful creative work.
Reporting to the Director of Creative, this role will support our Creative team and partner with our Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Be an integral part of Trade Republic’s Creative Studio, our highly engaged in-house Creative Agency, and help shape the most exciting Fintech brand in Europe, to empower millions of people across Europe to make their money work for them
- Be our first account manager as a gateway to the Creative Studio, connected with the whole marketing team and other departments at Trade Republic
- You will be in charge of the planning & timelines, approvals, and content deliverables of all marketing initiatives, coordinating between campaign managers, the creative team, different stakeholders in the marketing teams and external partners
- Work closely with the Senior Producer and Studio Lead in designing, improving and running integrated processes with our dedicated data-, product- and marketing teams
- Drive the studio processes ahead and select the project management tools and systems to ensure all projects run smoothly and transparently
- Be part of a diverse, passionate and highly engaged creative team in which ownership and collaboration are highly valued as you build the unit together with the team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of Project Management/Account Management experience in both on- and offline channels at leading Brand/Creative agencies
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills that give you the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while staying calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional knowledge about all major digital advertising platforms like Google and Facebook
- Skilled communicator with ability to relate to and work with stakeholders at all levels, managing the different marketing departments as internal clients
- Committed team player with a hands-on mentality, also when priorities shift rapidly
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a hyper-growth environment
- Fluent English skills (other European languages would be a plus)
