Tech lead (f/m/d) - Remote/Hybrid

Tasks

What you'll do:

• Building and leading our new tech team of engineers and product managers from scratch
• Involving in inspiring and fostering the growth of our new tech team through regular one-on-one meetings, mentoring, and providing career guidance
• Leading technical discussions and conducting code reviews
• Working closely with product managers to exert influence over our product strategy and improve our product development processes
• Directly reporting to the CTO and working together on establishing priorities and the roadmap for the Engineering team

Our Tech Stack: We run on AWS, TypeScript, NestJS, React, and more. As a Tech Lead, we trust you can get quickly up to speed on our technology stack, so if you don’t have experience with parts of our stack, you will be able to learn a lot!

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• You have around 5+ years of experience working as a senior engineer with exposure to leadership in an agile environment
• You are an experienced engineer in high-performing tech teams in product (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment)
• You are able to lead and execute projects across our stack, including Frontend (React, Redux), backend (NestJS), and data (PostgreSQL)
• You are passionate for ClimateTech and a strong commitment to fighting climate change
• You are willing to be hands-on and contribute directly to solving problems
• You speak Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
