As a User Acquisition Manager (UA Manager), you will be responsible for managing our paid campaigns across various channels as well as our App Store Optimization (ASO) and organic growth for our current and future mobile games.


Your tasks

  • Plan, create, monitor, and optimize paid mobile marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g., Google, Facebook, Unity, and other networks)
  • Set up and manage our Google Play Store and Apple App Store pages and optimize them according to data and A/B-testing (ASO)
  • Run performance tests from concept creation to full end-analysis
  • Track performance, and adapt strategies and budgets based on in-depth reporting and analyses
  • Communicate key learnings and developments to stakeholders and offer problem-solving strategies
  • Get creative with the conception of new graphics, banners, and videos
  • Keep up to date about the latest changes and new trends within the industry and apply it to your daily work


What we expect

  • Experience with paid mobile marketing campaigns and App store optimization (ASO)
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing (mobile marketing highly preferred), Business Intelligence, or Campaign Management
  • High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games
  • University degree in marketing, analytics, or similar qualification
  • You love data and numbers and enjoy working with dashboards most of your day
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Dedication, flexibility, excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory, and knowledge of French or German is very welcome
