<p>About The Role </p>
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a flair for digitalisation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective on and offline marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, events and incentives.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation</li>
<li>Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement rates</li>
<li>Collaborate with Social Media Executive and Marketing team to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content</li>
<li>Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and optimisation</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse website traffic and engagement using Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads</li>
<li>Create and manage Influencer marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Manage external marketing support agencies, including; but not limited to; PR and Paid media</li>
<li>Event planning- including promotional and marketing materials, Ambassador communication, gifts, venue sourcing, marketing content, presentations and product displays</li>
<li>Incentives- including promotional and marketing materials, gifts, communication </li>
<li>Email/Blog Marketing- manage local weekly newsletters, strategy, planning, content and implementation</li>
<li>Seek out and identify market-specific brand awareness opportunities/partnerships</li>
<li>Support with in-market Ambassador requests and communication</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising</li>
<li>Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management</li>
</ul><h2>Requirements</h2>
<p>Requirements</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing</li>
<li>Proven experience managing social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools</li>
<li>Proven experience with paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Highly creative with an eye for detail and design</li>
